Responsibilities

Millennium is hiring a Senior Technical Red Team Operator Lead onsite in Huntsville, AL. ALL candidates MUST have an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility to qualify for consideration.

 

  • We are seeking a full-time, dedicated Senior Technical Red Team Operator Lead with extensive experience and specialization in Ballistic Missile Defense Systems (BMDS). This individual will provide critical support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Golden Dome for America (GDA) program office, Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC), and other organizations involved in BMDS operations.

     


    Key Responsibilities:

     

  • Intelligence Representation and Coordination:

    · Serve as customer’s representative at MDA and Intelligence Community meetings, conferences, and events focused on BMDS threat analysis and assessment

    · Establish and maintain liaison relationships with MDA, intelligence agencies, and BMDS program offices to coordinate cyber and close access threat intelligence requirements

    · Coordinate with intelligence production centers and agencies responsible for BMDS-related intelligence to enhance Red Team threat modeling capabilities

     

  • Threat Research and Analysis:

    · Conduct comprehensive analysis and cataloging of current and emerging cyber and close access threats targeting BMDS infrastructure and operations

    · Interface with research and development organizations studying threat technologies and methodologies relevant to BMDS vulnerabilities

    · Prepare and deliver threat briefings and assessments for Red Team operation planning, execution, and R&D/prototyping/experimentation activity

     

  • Operational Support:

    · Collaborate with customer personnel supporting MDA and BMDS programs to ensure alignment of current and future Red Team operational threat requirements

    · Provide mission preparation support to team leads and operators, including threat scenario development and intelligence preparation of the operational environment

    · Support post-mission analysis activities, including final report/intel annex writing that document threat actor emulation accuracy, relevancy, and operational findings

    · Refine threat assessment methodologies based on operational results and evolving intelligence to enhance future Red Team mission threat representation effectiveness

 

Qualifications

  • ALL candidates MUST have an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility to qualify for consideration.
  • Significant Experience with BMDS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in offensive cyber operations, red teaming, or adversarial assessment roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief senior government leaders and draft polished assessment reports
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and prioritize under operational tempo
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively with government clients, internal management, and cross-functional teams

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

Travel Requirements

• Up to 20% travel as required by mission and program needs, including CONUS and OCONUS travel
