Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Red Team Operator to support our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role focuses on advanced cyber threat emulation and adversarial operations within complex enterprise and mission-critical environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intelligence-driven cyber threat emulation to replicate real-world adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Support cyber exercises, operational assessments, Test & Evaluation (T&E) events, and training engagements
  • Operate as part of a Red Team acting as an opposing force to evaluate system, system-of-systems, and enterprise resilience in contested cyber environments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Red Team operations
  • Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and training newly assigned Red Team operators
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of offensive cyber capabilities and mission effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience OR six (6) years of experience with an Associates Degree. 
  • IAT Level II: Sec +, OSCP, Sec X, RTJC, or other cyber security certificate is required.
  • Proven experience in Red Team operations, cyber threat emulation, or offensive cyber security.
  • Strong understanding of adversary tactics and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Experience supporting cyber exercises or large-scale enterprise environments.

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

Travel Requirements

15-30%

COMPENSATION:

$130K-$140K
