Millennium Corporation is hiring a Systems Engineer to support operations in Bedford, MA (Hanscom AFB) or Washington, DC (Bolling AFB). The candidate must have an active secret clearance.

The Systems Engineer will:

• Conduct reviews of program portfolios to improve systems engineering processes and recommend alternative technical plans.

• Perform system-level validation and testing, including the development of criteria and procedures.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation detailing system and subsystem specifications.

• Analyze, design, and implement network architectures that meet mission-critical requirements for ITW/AA C2 systems.

• Monitor network performance, capacity, and workload, diagnosing and resolving network issues pro-actively.

• Recommend and implement network backup, recovery, and cybersecurity procedures in compliance with security policies.

• Create and update detailed network design diagrams in Microsoft Visio, including cabling and port specifics.

• Evaluate and optimize network topologies and device configurations to ensure technical compliance.

• Support the development and management of secure systems, including HAIPE technology and Cross Domain Solutions.

• Assist with identifying infrastructure gaps and leading troubleshooting efforts during operational network issues.

• Candidate must have an active secret clearance.
• HS Diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of similar experience.
• Prominent working knowledge of CISCO network design.
• Linux Red Hat and Linux Security hardening experience.
• ITW/AA C2 mission expertise and be capable of applying and conveying that knowledge to other mission areas.
• CISCO certifications preferred.

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
