Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring an Acquisition Program Analyst to work in Stafford, VA. The candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.

  • Provide program management support for all General Purpose Tools and Test Systems (GPTTS) programs and Calibration and Maintenance Program (CAMP) systems.
  • Draft, review, and make changes to documentation to ensure compliance with the Department of Defense (DOD) 5000, Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Acquisition Guidebook, and MCSC documentation templates.
  • Prepare and present agendas, record meeting minutes, prepare executive summaries, and capture and track action items at meetings that support all GPTTS-C programs.
  • Collect and input updates into the Government’s risk management tool system.
  • Conduct risk reporting, and status reporting in support of the designed program management and risk management events.
  • Annotate action items; track and remind personnel to complete actions; and ensure the tracker is updated after each meeting.
  • Support the following types of meetings: Process Reviews, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Integrated Product Team meetings, Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, professional forums, and Working Group meetings.
  • Execute the following SharePoint and Information Management Tasks: investigate errors; maintain site content and organize content logically; create and administer site databases; and provide a weekly SharePoint document status report for documents being staffed/uploaded/approved in the portal.
  • Maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and develop a detailed Integrated Master Plan (IMP), which should include major events, accomplishments, and criteria required to address the entire scope of work.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance within 3-4 months.
  • Must have at least a High School Diploma & 6 years of experience. Fewer years of experience could be considered if the candidate has a bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and with multiple discipline projects.
  • Have proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and IMS
  • Must have prior experience supporting the DoD Acquisition Lifecycle Process
  • Strong working knowledge of DOD 5000 series policies/guidebooks, MCSC Acquisition Guidebook, and MCSC documentation templates.

Business Development

  • Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
