Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Business Process Analyst to work remotely. An active security clearance is required to support this project.

 

  • Develops and analyzes business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics
  • Performs current state analysis, gap analysis, cost and benefit analysis, benchmarking, best practices identification, organizational assessment, and other related tasks
  • Oversees projects from creation through final implementation
  • Coordinates with business and technology teams to gather system requirements, output and input requirements, and system techniques and controls.
  • Recommends and implements process improvements, including future state designs, change management, and transition planning.
  • Delivers presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
  • Interfaces with government customers and works on complex tasks where analysis of client's data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Serve as project lead for large projects and develops and customize process methodologies

Qualifications

  • Must have at least an active Secret Clearance
  • 6 years of relevant work experience in project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A college degree can be substituted with a high school diploma if you have 13 years of work experience
  • Prior experience with JIRA and the Agile methodology
  • Cameo/Modeling experience and experience with Navy architecture and DOD documents
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with multiple teams

Business Development

  • Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

Travel Requirements

  • 0-10% travel
