Millennium Corporation is hiring an Executive Advisor to work in Augusta, Georgia. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance. 

  • Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete lifecycle of Information Technology projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of solutions designed to meet the project requirements.
  • Designs project plans which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel. Provide expert advice on Project Management (PM) practices.
  • Will provide advisory support for the Operations Center to include supporting the transition of systems to a wider acceptance and integration within the Government on technologies and systems identified as priorities, moving from prototypes to wide-scale system integrations programs. This includes both hardware and software-based solutions.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of forums such as the Systems Engineering Integrated Product Team (SE IPT) for the identification and rapid resolution of technical and programmatic issues as well as to maintain the evolving ARCYBER architecture.

  • Shall coordinate with program, project and product management offices to assess the efficacy of the engineering and integration processes.  
  • Support ARCYBER missions worldwide with subject matter expertise in organizational change management, communications planning, evolution planning and execution, coordination of subordinate organizations, and facility movement.   
  • Shall assist the Government in coordinating and executing various executive forums such as off-site meetings to enable the effective communication of strategic ARCYBER initiatives.
  • Shall participate in analysis of system interoperability/integration requirements and interoperability/integration tests and proof of concepts studies relating to force protection requirements supporting cyberspace operations. Analysis shall include interoperability/integration of both hardware and software systems and families of systems across varied mediums. 
  • Shall assess, document, and assist in briefing efficiencies and vulnerabilities resulting from the integration of different hardware and software configurations. This includes the below Subtasks: 
    • Convey Big Data Analytics and Data Science concepts for Data ingestion of cyber data sources and large volumes of government classified structured and unstructured data sets recommending appropriate solutions. 
    • Coordinate current or emerging technologies, and/or architectures to solve design, development, and operational problems in classified and unclassified environments.   


  • Candidate must have an active TS/SCI
  • MA/MS or BA/BS with at least 18 years experience in management of projects

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
