Millennium Corporation is seeking a high-performing and experienced Sr. Manager, Capture to serve as the Sr. Manager, Capture. This role will be dual-hatted, having both Capture Management responsibilities on a broad portfolio of new business pursuits, while also leading Millennium’s experienced team of Capture Managers. The Sr. Manager, Capture of Capture will be an integral leader of the Business Development team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development.
The Sr. Manager, Capture will possess a strong record of capture management success, with a track record of successful pursuits with a variety of Federal customers. The Sr. Manager, Capture should also have experience in strategic planning, account management, research and analysis, new business development, and all aspects of the proposal development process.
The Sr. Manager, Capture should also have demonstrated leadership experience managing both direct staff as well as matrixed support on short-term projects and proposals.
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
