Millennium Corporation is hiring a Program Analyst in Charleston, SC. Candidate must have an active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI. 


  • Providing direct operational support to the customer through planning, scheduling and most importantly, battle-rhythm management.
  • Manages the customer’s schedule and coordinates resources to support scheduled meetings and activities.
  • Provide analytical, operational and programmatic support to the customers portfolio.
  • Queries and collects customers inputs, gathers data, compiles and consolidates information to report status upstream.
  • Coordinates and facilitates weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reviews, deep-dives, risk-management meetings, Program Management Reviews.
  • Identify and document project risks, issues, and opportunities in support of Risk Management.
  • Develop Project Management Plans, Schedules, Charters.
  • Provide operational and general staff support by analyzing, maintaining, tracking, and reporting program action items and their status.
  • Routinely evaluate program technical and programmatic metrics to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify capability or process gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate program activities across multiple functional activities.


  • Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Experience with the Navy-developed tool, Risk Exchange.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, agile environment with the ability to work on cross-function Scrum teams focused on quality and capability delivery.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
  • Proven history of working in a team environment, fostering communication, listening to the customers concerns and providing solutions.
  • Proven ability to solicit and process complex information and data to solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Expert scheduler.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-assess and self-regulate.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Project.

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
