Millennium Corporation is hiring a Project Manager to support the Army Cyber Command, Technical Warfare Center in Ft. Gordan, GA. Candidate must have an active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with a Polygraph.
Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete life-cycle of Information Technology projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of solutions designed to meet the project requirements.
Designs project plans which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
Determines project needs and acquires resources required for the success of the project.
Tracks the status of all projects and manages escalations, project budgets, and reporting.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the team to design, process, project, develop, produce, improve, and test components, products, systems, and services, while achieving optimum use of workers, equipment, materials, and facilities.
Creates and improves the delivery and results of programs/projects by developing program/project management, requirements management, and change management best practices, processes, tools, and techniques.
Assist with personnel hiring actions and staff buildup of Ft. Gordon team. Travel management of team activities and assignment of personnel to customer tasks.
20% of travel required.
Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with a Polygraph.
Bachelors Degree with 5-7 years relevant experience. 2 years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree will be considered the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree. 4 years of relevant experience will be considered equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent communication skills and experience with Cybersecurity.
