Overview

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Program Management Analyst in Aberdeen, MD. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance. 

Responsibilities

The Program Management Analyst will: 

  • Monitor and synchronize PM organizational activities/events. The events consist of but are not limited to internal meetings, stakeholder engagements, Distinguished Visitor (DV) events, and Integrated Product Team meetings.
  • Develop internal and external reports supporting the Project Manager and Higher Headquarters.
  • Notify Staff and Product Manager (O-5 Level) Action Officers of taskings, collect deliverables, generate reports, and record item progress and completion. Collect products that prove task closure and provide to the assigned Government office by close of business the day the task is completed.
  • Using information provided by the Government, review prepared briefing charts and materials, read-ahead packages, agendas, data books, briefing slides, program schedules for accuracy and messaging.  Briefings can include but are not limited to budget, test, logistics, program management, and acquisition decisions.  
  • Coordinate reviews and assist with comment adjudication on staffed documents.  Documents can include but are not limited to Official Memorandums, Memorandums of Agreement / Understanding, Technical / Logistics / Program Management / Budget Documentation.  Review and provide comments on document formatting and alignment to AR 25-50. 
  • Utilize and maintain materials on a SharePoint system.
  • Provide updates to the existing PM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and prepare new SOPs.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience in an DoD Acquisition or Army operations environment desired 
  • Must be able to interact with customers and senior leadership.
  • Must be experienced with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Outlook) and knowledgeable as a user of SharePoint.
  • Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, highly motivated, quick learners, and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have understanding of new Army commands and chain of command, to include ASA (ALT), the Futures Command and the Cross Functional Team.
  • Must have experience in acquisition planning, risk analysis, requirements generation, contracting processes and other related documents.
  • Must have excellent communications ability.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Army PEO / ASA (ALT) structure and operating practices.
  • Knowledge of ASA(ALT) Task Management Tool (TMT).
  • Ability to contribute to process development.
  • DAWIA Level I or II Certification
