Millennium Corporation is hiring a Requirements and Process Engineer in Norfolk, VA. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • The Requirements and Process Engineer will coordinate with the government customer to determine process improvements for the Navy Program Office.
  • Plans, analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of existing business processes.
  • Utilizes advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of organizational programs.
  • Establishes study methods and techniques and analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of processes.
  • Participates in meetings and projects with stakeholders, staff, and project managers to establish business requirements and process improvement opportunities.
  • Responds to highly complex and time sensitive issues.
  • Reviews business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross initiative dependencies and ensured process consistency and repeatability across the government program offices.
  • Provides guidance or technical supervision to less experienced staff performing process engineering functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Secret clearance.
  • Experience supporting Navy or Air Force program offices.
  • Experience gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical, writing skills and multi-tasking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8 years of work experience
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
