  • Overview

    Millennium Corporation is hiring a Project Manager at Fort Gordon, GA. Qualified candidate must have an active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret/SCI POLY Clearance.

    Responsibilities

    The Project Manager will: 

    • Acts as the Project Integrator/Management for a team directly supporting ARCYBER.
    • Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.
    • Oversees contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.
    • Manages employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.

    Specific Support:

    • Oversee large procurement efforts for cyber services and solutions from multiple vendors
    • Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with the COR/ACOR on technical program/project and contract administration issues.
    • Coordinate with the COR/ACOR to ensure personnel are adequately assigned to individual efforts to ensure successful completion of program requirements.
    • Ensure all notifications and submissions to the Government (e.g. PCO, COR, TPOC) for review or approval in this SOW are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Establish and oversee subcontracting activities
    • Leads and manages one of the most critical enterprise architecture contracts serving as a liaison between project management and planning teams, supported customer, contracting command and line management.

    Qualifications

    • Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
    • Bachelor and/or Master degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or other Information Technology disciplines
    • Twenty (20) years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information assurance
    • Experience with cybersecurity, cyber operations, and software development methodologies and processes
    • Knowledgeable of acquisition policies and procedures.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program management, cybersecurity, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
