    Millennium Corporation is hiring a Cyber Operations Project Manager in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Candidate must have an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

    Responsibilities

    The Cyber Operations Project manager will consult ARCYBER Senior leaders (COL, GS15 and above) on strategy for deploying a commercial enterprise network to replacing legacy infrastructures. Consult team on the Production of Technical Reports, Executive Briefings, Operating Procedures, Publications, Magazines, planning documents, engineering documents, and other documents as directed.

     

    Will Manage, coordinate, and establish priorities for complete life cycle of Information Technology projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of solutions designed to meet the project requirements. Designs project plans which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements. Determines project needs and acquires resources required for the success of the project. Tracks the status of all projects and manages escalations, project budgets, and reporting. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the team to design, process, project, develop, produce, improve, and test components, products, systems, and services, while achieving optimum use of workers, equipment, materials, and facilities. Creates and improves the delivery and results of programs/projects by developing program/project management, requirements management, and change management best practices, processes, tools, and techniques.

     

    Additional duties will include:

    • Planning, designing, developing and maintaining internal and external public web sites and social media platforms, including the integration of embedded videos, live tiles, and emerging trends in technology.
    • Assist in the design and implementation of new technology to support the Command’s information objectives (e.g., mobile applications, Network Transformation, Network Integration etc.). Provide technical writing and editing support for command and public information publications. Develop command and public information materials for publication (e.g., magazines, brochures, mailers, etc.)
    • Ability to manage data analytics platforms to improve the user experience, collect network metrics, share organizational critical information and optimize visual displays for mission effectiveness. Design and develop a variety of graphics to support command and public information (i.e., logos, posters, pamphlets, animation, three dimensional effects, etc.). Ensure web sites are compliant with all applicable DOD standards and policies (e.g. Section 508 accessibility and privacy act, etc.) and meet appropriate security standards. Develop and present briefings to senior military and civilian personnel. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all applicable activities.
    • Assist with strategic planning, policy, synchronization, migration planning, security planning. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a leadership-type role, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and ability to proactively engage with and advise government and contractor support. Demonstrate experience analyzing large amounts of data and ability to prepare, write and present reports at the executive and/or congressional levels. Display excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite of applications.

    Qualifications

    • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
    • Bachelors Degree with 12 years relevant experience OR 14 years of experience with an Associate’s degree will be considered the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.
