Millennium Corporation is hiring a CNO Developer in Wichita, KS. Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance (can obtain after starting).

Qualified candidates will perform tasks involving the development of CNO (Cyber Network Operations) capabilities while working as an operator with an experienced Red Team to perform security assessments for the U.S. Government.  Duties include:

• The rapid design of software and capabilities using emerging technology/vulnerabilities
• Using systems knowledge to perform security assessments/penetration tests
• Upgrading and adapting existing CNO applications to emerging needs
• Mentoring junior developers
• Writing documentation to support new tools and technologies
• Assisting with documentation of findings on Red Team assessments

Required Qualifications

• Ability to attain Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Proficiency with C/C++
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (experience may be substituted for degree)
• Development experience with windows platform internals
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug
• The ability to work independently
• A self-driven attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with python, java, and C#
• Specialized experience in Red Teaming, Computer Network Attack (CNA), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE), Computer Network Defense (CND), and/or penetration testing
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Meterpreter, and mimikatz
• Experience writing OS level code and kernel modules, such as device drivers
• Experience with assembly programming
• Experience with reverse engineering
• An understanding of operating systems internals and integration of code with the operating system kernel
• Experience in using network protocol analyzers and sniffers, as well as ability to decipher packet captures
• Ability to think outside the box and emulate adversarial approaches
• Understanding of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
