  • Overview

    Millennium Corporation is hiring a 100% remote based Integrated Master SchedulerCandidates must have an active DoD Secret clearance.

    Responsibilities

    • Performs planning, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program’s master schedules.
    • Utilizes advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of organizational programs, establishing study methods and techniques and analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of complex program operations.
    • Participates in meetings and projects with stakeholders, staff, project managers, etc. to render project activities into project tasks, milestones and dependencies across business units and initiatives
    • Effectively assesses and responds to highly complex and time sensitive customer requirements.
    • Reviews business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross initiative dependencies and ensure consistency of scheduling approach and application across the enterprise/command
    • Develops IMS queries, analyses, or reports from applications for operations or management staff of assigned business unit(s)
    • Develops project schedules using Microsoft Project that capture key activities, durations, milestones and dependencies.
    • Develop portfolio level consolidation of individual projects into views appropriate for leadership using Milestones Pro.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum active DoD SECRET clearance.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics or related field from an accredited program.
    • Minimum Experience: At least ten (8) years of practical experience including project management and master scheduling with at least four (4) supporting a DoD program.
    • Experience writing and maintaining Schedule Management Plans (SMPs).
    • Expert level skills with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server.
    • Expert level skills with Milestones Pro.
    • Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Ability to think independently with minimal oversight.
    • Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
    • Exemplary customer/client management skills and techniques.
