  • Overview

    Millennium Corporation is seeking a Software Developer to support the Army Cyber Command, Technical Warfare Center (TWC) in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Candidate must have an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI plus Polygraph.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in customer planning, technical exchange, and coordination meetings.
    • Evaluate system component suitability and make recommendations to the Government in order to eliminate redundancy and align capabilities within the program regarding the impact of alternative new technologies on project costs, portability, compatibility, and usability sustainability.
    • Assist with the development of cloud security strategy plans and roadmaps based on sound enterprise architecture practices.
    • Establish foundation for future implementations and automation requirements in the cloud, identify opportunities for automation and develop scalable solutions.
    • Advises and assists Government PMs in management of sponsored technology initiatives.
    • This position may require limited travel of less than 20%.

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must have an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI plus Polygraph.
    • Possess current DoD Approved Baseline Certification at IAT Level II or higher.
    • Developer must have knowledge and experience with one of the following coding languages: Java, Hadoop, .NET, or SharePoint
    • Experience working in Unix, Linux, Juniper or Windows enviroment 
    • Experience with scripting
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Scientific or a Mathematics-intensive discipline, or a relevant Technical Discipline.
    • At least 5 years of practical work experience required.
