  • Overview

    Millennium Corporation is hiring an Information Assurance Engineer to support the Army Cyber Command, Technical Warfare Center (ARCYBER TWC) in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Candidate must have an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI plus Polygraph.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides Security Architecture, and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support of advanced offensive cyberspace operations (OCO) and defense cyberspace operations (DCO) and DoD information network operations (DODIN ops).
    • Collaborates with engineering team for design and implementation to ensure RMF systems comply with FISMA provisions and DoD Army Policies and regulations for cyber operations.
    • Ensures Army Cyber systems are properly registered within the eMASS or XACTA Information Assurance Management tool (or most current tool), as appropriate, to document the RMF process and to ensure accountability for all related Body of Evidence (BoE) documents such as System Security Plan (SSP), Security Assessment Report (SAR), Risk Assessment Report (RAR), Security Control Traceability Matrix (SCTM), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), System Software and Installation Procedures, Security Test Procedures and Software Application documentation, policy and procedures requirements.
    • Implements and maintains continuous monitoring plans for compliance with Army Cyber systems.
    • Provides support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization's information security program for cyber systems under development.
    • Provides support for facilitating and helping developers, integrators and agencies identify their current security infrastructure and define future programs.
    • Implements cyber security solutions, standards and procedures across the ARCYBER efforts to ensure information confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems and capabilities.
    • Ensures environments comply with the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 Risk Management Framework and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and emerging DoD polices.
    • Reviews and validates vulnerability scan results at the operating system (OS) and application level and perform detailed analysis in support of OS and application level vulnerabilities.
    • Uses Fortify, ACAS, Nessus or other code scan results which may not be a part of the current system.
    • Advises and assists Government Program Managers in management of sponsored technology initiatives.
    • This position may require limited travel of less than 20%.

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must have an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI plus Polygraph.
    • Must have a Current DoD Approved Baseline Certification at IAT Level III such as a CISSP
    • A bachelor’s degree and minimum 3-5 years of experience
