    Millennium Corporation is hiring an Operations Officer in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance.


    The Operations Officer will be responsible for: 

    • Expert management advisory duties in association with the overall planning analysis and implementation of PM operations such as human resources, strategic planning, various personnel reports, as well as planning, analysis and implementation of human resource policy and guidance. Incumbent has delegated authority to task functional staff in support of PM and is empowered to act on behalf of and speak for the PM when delegated to do so. Document Staffing to include formatting to meet AR 25-50, staffing and tracking through PM-TS staff, consolidating comments, and providing version control.
    • Distribute taskers with explanations to product teams, consolidates input received, obtains management concurrence, and ensures suspense’s are met with timely responses. Alternate Security Manager for PM-TS. Utilizes the C4ISR Campus Security Management System (SMS) and Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) to process visit requests, building passes, and campus IDs. Performs spot checks to ensure the evening security checking program is being enforced.
      • PM-TS deployment coordinator. Utilizes the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system to request Letters of Authorization (LOAs). Processes Validation memos and AMC 1297 Forms for signature. Point of Contact (POC) for all Account Requests and Imaging Paperwork requirements for PM-TS new hires and all re-imaging requests for computer upgrades. Submits timely, complete, and accurate request packages to include: System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) aka: DD2875, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), current Information Assurance Training Certification, and imaging/account request forms. POC for PM-TS Telecon Accounts- requests new accounts and cancellations for departing employees. Records and tracks all account information.
      • Compiles and submits PM-TS updates to the PEO IEW&S Major Events Calendar (MEC), Staff Call Briefing, and weekly reports. Manpower Information Retrieval and Reporting System (MIRARS) attendance administrator to ensure each employee’s status is reported in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures that the PM-TS workforce has 100% accurate daily accountability. Initiate PM-TS alert roster and reporting criteria when instructed by PM Leadership.
      • Initiates and submits employee SIPR account requests for processing. Validates and witnesses SF312 documentation. Compiles accurate packages of all required paperwork to ensure timely activation. Submits and facilitates PM-TS news releases through the Press Release Approval System (PRAS) as needed.  
      • PM-TS POC for processing, reporting, and updating Commander's Critical Information Reports (CCIRs) to PEO IEW&S through the notification process until the “Action to Close” is satisfied.
      • Updates the PEO Military Reporting calendar on an as-needed basis. This calendar provides the PEO with timely information regarding the location of all officers (Leave or TDY).
      • Analyzes information and data; assesses progress of programs, projects, and processes. Organizes, manages, and presents information to include recommendation both formally and informally via oral and written means.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • Active Secret Clearance
    • Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience OR Associates degree with 14 years of relevant experience 
    • Highly knowledgeable in the following:
      • Microsoft Office Suite product (Word, XLS)
      • SharePoint and Data Knowledge Management 
    • Motivated Self-Starter
