  • Overview

    Millennium Corporation is hiring a Program Manager in Huntsville, AL. Qualified candidate must have an active Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

    Responsibilities

    General Support:

    • Acts as the overall lead and administrator for a contract directly supporting a certified Red Team.
    • Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.
    • Oversees contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.
    • Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.

    Specific Support:

    • Oversee large procurement efforts for cyber services and solutions from multiple vendors
    • Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with the COR/ACOR on technical program/project and contract administration issues.
    • Coordinate with the COR/ACOR to ensure personnel are adequately assigned to individual efforts to ensure successful completion of program requirements.
    • Ensure all notifications and submissions to the Government (e.g. PCO, COR, TPOC) for review or approval in this SOW are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Establish and oversee subcontracting activities
    • Oversee the execution of non-development efforts including: network design and implementation, subscription based services, virtualized lab environments and hardware labs.

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
    • Bachelor’s Degree and twelve (12) years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information assurance
    • Experience with cybersecurity, cyber operations, and software development methodologies and processes
    • Knowledgeable of acquisition policies and procedures.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program management, cybersecurity, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
