    Millennium Corporation is hiring an Acquisition Contract Specialist in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance. 


    • Provide acquisition and contracts management support services to a portfolio of programs in various stages of development.
    • Review and comment on Acquisition Packages prepared by program offices including, but not limited to: Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, Determination and Findings, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Security related documentation and Request for Service Contract Approvals; IAW FAR regulations and DoD, Army, ASA–ALT and PEO guidelines.
    • Review and provide guidance on program contract schedules and milestones, utilizing Microsoft Project, in coordination with PEO Guidelines, program leadership and the Army Contracting Command (ACC) requirements.
    • Assist with Contracts Related tasking’s for PEO/PM and Program Contracts Lead. 
    • Analyze and review program contract data and metrics, derived from ongoing and planned program contracting activities, to ensure accurate and timely information IAW FAR regulations, programmatic funding and DoD, Army, ASA–ALT and PEO guidelines.
    • Participate and provide guidance and assistance in Program Integrated Product Teams and Program Management Reviews, as required. 
    • Coordinate and provide briefing materials for use with Program and Industry Contract Meetings and Reviews.


    • Active Secret Clearance.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or in a related educational discipline and 12 years of practical and relevant experience.
    • Experience writing government contracting documents (PWS, J&A, D&F).
    • Good written and verbal communication, organizational, math, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to respond to challenging program questions and issues by researching and assimilating information into valid recommendations in a timely manner.


    • Previous experience in a DoD acquisition program office.
    • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in DoD contracting or acquisition.
    • DAWIA level III certification in Contracting.
