  • Overview

    Millennium Corporation is hiring a Contracts Analyst on a newly awarded program in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance. 

    Responsibilities

    • The Contracts Analyst will support the G2-6 team and assist with material contract acquisitions and interagency Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Support the development and administrative management of the G2-6 acquisitions, ensuring accordance to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS).
    • Assist with development of Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW) and/or Statements of Objective (SOO).
    • Conduct Market Research and Complete Market Research Report.
    • Draft Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) that includes Performance Requirements and Surveillance Activity Checklists (SAC).
    • Assist in drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).
    • Support detailed analysis and review of acquisition projects to ensure contract financial fiscal obligations are met.
    • Assist in ensuring documents are in accordance with Federal law, departmental regulations, and procedures applicable to the acquisition process and to the administration of contracts.
    • Support, assist, implement and report on cost and schedule.
    • Assist with the preparation, review, update and coordination of pre-award and post award acquisition documents and/or acquisition requirements packages.

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret Clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience 
    • Experience in drafting acquisition documents to include justifications, determination and findings, and requirements documents (such as PWS/SOW/SOO) and technical evaluations.
    • Knowledgeable in developing independent cost estimates.
    • Knowledge of federal contract administration requirements outlined in the FAR, DFAR, JTR, FTR, etc.
    • Experience using advanced functions of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
