    Millennium Corporation is currently seeking a Contracts Specialist in Aberdeen, MD. Qualified candidates must have an active Secret Clearance.


    • Provides acquisition and contracts management support services to a portfolio of programs in various stages of developmental prototype software patching, testing, and integration, including Resiliency and Software Assurance Measures (RSAM) DAGR effort, Pseudolites, Mounted and Dis-Mounted A-PNT/AJs, Excalibur, GB-GRAM software development efforts, NavStrike / NavStorm, PGK/Excalibur/Patriot munitions programs, and EGI/GEM V and DGNS testing.
    • Assists in drafting Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Performance Specifications, and associated solicitation documentation for PM PNT products.
    • Provides input to establish PM PNT contract schedules and milestones in coordination with PM PNT IPT leadership, the requiring activity, the Army Contracting Command (ACC), PM PNT product IPT activities.
    • Executes Contracts Taskers and Budgets Taskers for PEO and PM PNT Contracts Lead.
    • Assists and create Requests for Information, Acquisition Plans, Determination and Findings, Justification and Approvals, Performance Work Statements and Statements of Work, DD-254’s, as well as Service Contracts Agreements, assisted with the preparation of Independent Government Cost Estimates, and funding documentation to place on contract.
    • Contributes to and submits Acquisition Review Packages to the Army Contracting Command, or other contracting avenues, by set deadlines.
    • Assists with the recommendation of contract resource requirements, program system improvements, and process efficiencies, including deliverable trackers, CDRL trackers, and Action Item trackers.
    • Maintains PM PNT contract metrics derived from ongoing and planned PM PNT contracting activities.
    • Assists in the preparation and coordination of Integrated Product Teams and Program Management Reviews, as well as the Action Item tracking.
    • Creates, reviews, modifies, tracks, and documents PM PNT acquisition documents IAW FAR regulations and DoD, Army, ASA–ALT and PEO guidelines.
    • Coordinates and provides briefing materials for use with Program Status Reviews (PSRs), financial reviews, and acquisition reviews leading to milestone decisions.


    • Must possess an active Secret Clearance
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or in a related educational discipline
    • Minimum of seven (10) years’ experience in DoD contracting or acquisition
    • Knowledge of government contracting methods, implementation of FARS, DFARS and Army contracting guidance in preparation of Acquisition Requirements Packages (ARPs)and other contracts planning documents.
    • Good written and verbal communication, organizational, math, and analytical skills
    • Demonstrated ability to independently act as a consultant, to set priorities, to organize tasks, monitor assignments, and ensure completion of assigned work
    • Ability to respond to challenging program questions and issues by researching and assimilating information into valid recommendations in a timely manner
    • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and MS Project or similar systems

    Desired Experience/Skills:

    • Previous experience in a DoD acquisition program office
