    Millennium Corporation is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist in Arlington, VA Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance (TS preferred).


    • Provide advanced analytics to aid in portfolio management, decision making, and process Improvement.
    • Support Contracting office by conducting IT contract-related studies and analyses leading to recommended process improvement.
    • Provide quality assurance and continuous process improvement activities as it is critical to identify and execute process improvements and Quality Assurance (QA) within the context of DOD Acquisition activities.
    • Conduct independent statistical analysis of Enterprise Application Accreditation needed to identify problems and root causes affecting timely delivery of software capabilities required for effective command and control of warfighter and business missions.
    • Provide technical subject matter expertise in QA and CPI processes, strategies and implementation, to include Lean Six Sigma and latest concepts, methodologies, tools and technology currently used by industry and reported by the American Society of Quality (ASQ) which ensures successful execution of process improvement strategies and projects.
    • Provide QA and CPI support at the level of an ASQ certified Master Black Belt, including project facilitation and delivery of QA and CPI training.
    • Generate analytical reports and metrics showing results of process improvement efforts using expert knowledge of CPI, along with knowledge of acquisition and processes in areas including installation and modernization, contracting, information assurance, and logistics.
    • Manage a portfolio of process improvement efforts and evaluate the success of individual initiatives.


    • At least (5) five years of demonstrated experience in process improvement at the Blackbelt level of performance.
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. ASQ Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt curriculum.
