Millennium Corporation is seeking a Part-TimeContracts Specialist in Aberdeen, MD. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance.
Provide acquisition and contracts management support services to a portfolio of programs in various stages of development.
Assist in drafting Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Performance Specifications, and associated solicitation documentation.
Provide inputs to establish program contract schedules and milestones in coordination with program leadership, the requiring activity, the Army Contracting Command (ACC), program product IPT activities
Assist with the creation of Requests for Information, Acquisition Plans, Determination and Findings, Justification and Approvals, Performance Work Statements and Statements of Work, DD-254’s, as well as Service Contracts Agreements, Independent Government Cost Estimates, and funding documentation to place on contract.
Assist with the input and update on contract related items to the Procurement Planning Management Tool (PPMT).
Assist with the recommendation of contract resource requirements, program system improvements, and process efficiencies, including deliverable trackers, CDRL trackers, and Action Item trackers.
Assist with the maintenance of program contract metrics derived from ongoing and planned program contracting activities.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of Integrated Product Teams and Program Management Reviews, as well as the Action Item tracking.
Possess an active Secret Clearance
Understand contracts process and different types of funding.
Good written and verbal communication, organizational, math, and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a Relevant Technical Discipline.
At least 7 years of practical experience (YPE) or Associates and 9 YPE or High Schools and 11 YPE required.
Previous experience in a DoD acquisition program office or with government contracting
