    Millennium Corporation is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Analyst for an immediate opening in Picatinny, NJ. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance. 


    Qualified candidates will be responsible for:

    • Function as an FMS specialist with the extensive knowledge and technical expertise in the DoD FMS Acquisition Policy and Process.  Facilitates JPEO Armaments and Ammunition leadership on the restrictions and limitations for all potential FMS matters.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with the JPEO designated Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) in preparation of the JPEO Armaments and Ammunition programmatic or technical information for disclosure to foreign customers based on their information requests.  Utilize extensive knowledge to determine what information can be disclosed to each foreign country, taking into consideration signed Agreements, Memorandum(s) of Understandings (MOUs), Letter(s) of Intent (LOI), or Letter(s) of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) issued.
    • Serve as a FMS focal point for JPEO Armaments and Ammunition to address all FMS inquiries; coordinates with the JPEO product managers and support staff to meet the specific information requests from the foreign customers.
    • Work across the JPEO to posture programs to be able to support future FMS requests
    • Update and maintain the JPEO Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letter (DDL) and coordinates with technical staff in the maintenance of a JPEO Technology Assessment and Control Plan.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge and understanding of the US Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
    • Understanding and experience of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Policy Memoranda and Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) which are the principal documents in providing policy and guidance for the administration and implementation of security assistance in compliance with the AECA, the Foreign Assistance Act (FAA), and other related statutes and directives. 
    • Understanding of Technology Assessment & Control Plan (TA/CP) and its requirement in support of foreign involvement on a program.
    • Basic knowledge and understanding on DoD Armaments and Ammunition capability and interoperability standards and requirements involving foreign partners.


    Must Haves:

    • Active Secret Clearance 
    • Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience OR 16 years of experience in lieu of degree
