    Millennium Corporation is hiring a Training Developer in Ft. Hood, TX. Candidate must have an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

    Responsibilities

    The Training Developer will function as a System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Training Developer, representing the Senior SETA Training Lead for Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A).  They will be responsible for Training Development activities for DCGS-A under Capability Drop.  The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, will be able to work independently, as well as within a team environment, will have a thorough understanding of Training Development, and will have Subject Matter Expert experience on DCGS-A and Military Intelligence All Source operations.

    Duties:

    • Work directly with the Senior SETA Training Lead for DCGS-A
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME), software engineers, software testers, vendors, and contractors to coordinate updates of SW / HW for training development.
    • Perform impact/risk analysis of system modifications and technological advances on the training material for the associated DCGS-A system.

    Qualifications

    • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
    • Possess a strong understanding of Military Intelligence All Source operations
    • Familiar with Army Regulations 350-1, 350-70, 700-127 and Department of the Army Pamphlet 700-142
    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience (an additional 8 years’ experience may be substituted for degree).
    • Must have a thorough understanding of Technical Documentation concepts and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Have Distributed Common Ground Systems- Army (DCGS-A) experience
    • Good interpersonal skills, will be able to work independently, as well as within a team environment (e.g., self-motivated, self-starter)
    • Strong attention to detail to find changes in software interface and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to read, understands, and follows written technical instructions and other technical specifications.
    • Ability to work within a collaborative environment, multi-task, and sense of urgency to work within aggressive timeframes
    • Willing and able to travel at a minimum of 25%, annually, which may include site visits to Ft. Huachuca and Aberdeen, MD.
