Millennium Corporation is hiring an Life Cycle Sustainment Plan Specialist in Hampton, VA. Candidates must have an active DOD Secret Clearance.
Qualified candidate will be responsible for:
Ensure the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) incorporates key supply chain elements to plan, program, and budget for aircraft parts, consumables, equipment, and manpower to support field operations
Provide oversight of planned sustainment performance requirements, observed sustainment performance of fielded end items, and how the Product Support Strategy, contracts, and other support deliver required sustainment outcomes
Identify roles and responsibilities for public and private product support providers consistent with the system’s operational concept to include the full spectrum of operations (peacetime, contingency, and surge)
Conduct obsolescence management planning to include Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS)
Identify relationships (industry, Service staff elements, other DoD Components, Primary Inventory Control Activity (PICA), Secondary Inventory Control Activity (SICA), international partnerships, etc.) for the product support strategy
Contribute to cost analyses required to sustain the platform through its programmed life
Document sustainment risks identified as part of a program’s risk management processes and plans
Life Cycle Logistics Level II or Acquisition Level II certification required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and managing an acquisition Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
Highly desired experience with enterprise supply chain management, materiel management, and staff (MAJCOM/NAF) action officer
Secret level security clearance upgradeable to Top Secret
