Millennium Corporation is looking for a LogisticianinEl Paso, TX.Candidate must have anactive Secret Clearance.
Shall analyze the schedules for program events, CPD and the other organizations utilizing the Fort Bliss and WSMR facilities necessary for program events and shall synchronize all required facility efforts and availability to ensure that the program event is not delayed or interrupted.
Attend and participate in CPD or program meetings required to execute the program mission, such as, planning meetings, program review meetings, and program update meetings.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, develop briefings, and author supporting documents for use by program leadership.
Support planning and execution efforts associated with VIP visits, special demonstrations, and training activities.
Meet the requirements necessary to operate Government owned or leased vehicles.
Have working knowledge of and be able to research Army Regulations such as: AR 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence; AR 70-1, Army Acquisition Strategy; AR 700-127, Integrated Logistics Support; AR 710-2, Supply Policy Below the National Level; DA PAM 710-2-1, Using Unit Supply System (Manual Procedures); AR 735-5, Property Accountability; AR 380-5, DA Information Security Program; and AR 380-40, Safeguarding and Controlling Communications Security Material.
Understand Army property accountability and hand receipting/transferring property using the following forms: DA Form 2062; DD Form 1149; DD Form 250; and DD Form 1348-1.
Complete required annual Mandatory Training using a web-based system.
Draft, edit, and gain approval for a variety of memorandums and standard operating procedures as required for the CPD mission.
Develop various concepts of support and concepts of operation using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Prepare executive summaries, using Microsoft Word, as required.
Develop and/or maintain a logistics tracking spreadsheet, using Microsoft Excel, for all CPD tasks.
Assist in the planning of logistics requirements for program missions in CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
Read, analyze, and interpret various unit equipment density lists for program missions.
Attend seminars, as required, to attain logistics requirements for various program missions.
Analyze, interpret, and write Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs) required for program missions.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in order to coordinate logistics requirements.
Communicate with various Fort Bliss agencies to coordinate and track CPD and program mission requirements.
Communicate with various SOSE&I sections to coordinate and track CPD and program mission requirements.
Provide multiple courses of action (COAs) for logistics solutions based on mission analysis to the Logistics Branch Chief in support of CPD and program mission requirements.
Knowledgable pertaining to the shipment of classified material.
Coordinate the delivery of tactical vehicles and the inventory of Legacy equipment for Platform Integration procedures.
Track Delivery Date Slips and coordinate with all vendors, Program Managers, Branch Chiefs, and others to ensure all equipment participating in JWA is delivered and properly accounted for prior to event execution.
Recover, and track shortages of all equipment used during the JWA, keeping Program Managers and military leadership abreast of accountability of all equipment, and to advise the military leadership of methods of obtaining relief from responsibility for lost, damaged, or destroyed equipment.
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong ability with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Army Supply Management (AR 735-5 and AR 710-2-1)
