    Millennium Corporation is hiring a Senior Acquisition Logistics Specialist in Fort Belvoir, VA. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance.


    Qualified candidate will be supporting and representing the Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors Product Support Manager (PSM) for all PM TS programs and systems. 

    • Responsible for procedural execution of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes for multiple programs as well as other requirements-related processes and activities.
    • Responsible for managing the support functions required to track, field and maintain operational capability of major weapon systems, subsystems, and components.
    • Responsible for accomplishing the overall integration of product support and life cycle sustainment management across a compliment of product support arrangements between the DoD services, organizations, product support integrators and product support providers to ensure life cycle sustainment arrangements are consistent with the overall product support strategy.
    • Coordinate directly with program life cycle integrators to support the implementation, management, and oversight in support of acquisition, development, production, fielding, sustainment, and disposal of a DoD weapon or materiel system across its life cycle and optimize implementation of the product support strategy.
    • Coordinate with military and government officials, matrixed support personnel, military depots, and military directorates
    • Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Managers (PdMs), Product Directors (PDs) to fulfill these responsibilities.
    • Provide guidance to the PdM and PD program Logistics Management Specialists (LMSs)to assist the PSM for strategic scoping and prioritizing of product support efforts while the PdM and PD continues to provide daily oversight and report.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive product support strategy for the weapon system, product or component.
    • Use appropriate predictive analysis and modeling tools that can improve material availability and reliability, increase AO rates, and reduce operation and sustainment costs.
    • Conduct appropriate cost analyses to validate the product support strategy, including cost-benefit analyses as outlined in OMB Circular A-94.
    • Ensure achievement of desired product support outcomes through development and implementation of appropriate product support arrangements.
    • Adjust performance requirements and resource allocations across product support integrators (PSls) and product support providers (PSPs) as necessary to optimize implementation of the product support strategy.
    • Review product support arrangements between the product support integrators and product support providers to ensure the arrangements are consistent with the overall product support strategy.
    • Assist in the development of depot support arrangements and private public partnerships.
    • Conduct and lead Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs), support product testing, technical manual development and validation.
    • Assist in the development, revision, review and staffing of all program level logistics documentation and contract requirements documents through direct interaction with programs Integrated Product Teams.
    • Revalidate business-case analyses performed in support of the Product support strategy; and update appropriate milestone documentation.
    • Utilize various Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR)


    • Active Secret Clearance
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant technical discipline and 10 years of practical experience required.
    • 2 years of relevant experience with an associate degree will be considered the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree.
    • Four years of relevant experience will be considered equivalent to a bachelor’s degree
    • Experience conducting Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs)
    • Army Material Maintenance experience
    • Must have knowledge and experience writing and developing Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs)
    • Must have experience reviewing and providing feedback of Acquisition Requirements Packages (ARPs).
    • DAWIA Level II or Level III in Life Cycle Logistics or Program Management OR have taken courses that are equivalent to a DAWIA Level II or Level III certification in either of these concentrations preferred, but not required.
